Frequently Asked Questions
Why written instead of a live call or chat?
Because a written reading is something you can actually keep. A live call gives you an hour of someone’s attention and then it’s gone; a written reading gives you a document you can reread when the situation changes and you want to check what was actually said.
How long does it take to get my reading?
48 hours for Quick Answer, 24 hours for Full Reading and Deep-Dive. If a reader needs a clarifying detail from you before they can answer properly, they’ll email you first — that can add time, but it’s rare.
Can I choose my reader?
Yes. Every reader’s specialties are listed on Our Readers. If you don’t choose, we match your question to whichever reader’s focus fits it best.
What if I’m not happy with my reading?
Email us within 7 days and tell us specifically what didn’t work — if your reading genuinely didn’t address the question you asked, we’ll have it revisited or refund you. We can’t refund a reading because the answer wasn’t the one you were hoping for; see the next question.
What can’t a reading tell me?
It can’t give you a guaranteed date, a lottery number, a diagnosis, or legal or financial advice. It can’t predict another person’s actions with certainty — it can only offer a reading of the situation as it stands. Our Disclaimer covers this in full, and it’s worth reading before you order if you’re unsure.
Is my question kept private?
Yes. Your question is read only by the reader matched to it. We don’t publish, sell, or share submitted questions. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can’t responsibly answer your question — see question 5 — you’re refunded in full before any reading is written. After a reading is delivered, refunds are handled case by case; see question 4.
Can I ask a follow-up question?
Deep-Dive readings include one written follow-up within 14 days. For Quick Answer and Full Reading, a follow-up is simply a new reading — there’s no subscription tying them together.
Do you use AI to write the readings?
No. Every reading is written by the human reader assigned to your question. Nothing is auto-generated from a template.
What payment methods do you accept?
