Note that Quick Answer’s 48-hour turnaround is longer than Full Reading’s and Deep-Dive’s 24 hours, despite being the shorter reading. If speed matters more to you than length, Full Reading is worth the extra $20.
Which tier is right for you
If your question is narrow and you mainly want a clear yes-or-no-shaped answer, Quick Answer is usually enough. If you want the reasoning behind the answer and some practical guidance on what to do with it, Full Reading is the middle ground most people choose. Deep-Dive is for questions with real weight behind them — a decision you’ll live with for years, or a situation with more than one moving part — where it’s worth having it looked at from a couple of different angles and having the option to ask one follow-up once you’ve had time to think. There’s no wrong choice here — the structure is the same at every tier, just covered in more or less depth.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken when you submit your question, before your reading is written. If we can’t answer your question as asked — for example, if it falls outside what a reading can responsibly cover, see our Disclaimer — we’ll refund you in full rather than write something unhelpful just to close it out. Your payment and your question are handled separately: the reader writing your reading sees the question, not your payment details.
